I am Waʻa, We are Waʻa.
This is a kahea (call) of Nā Waʻa Mauō that acknowledges all of our voyagers that care for our oceans. In waʻa culture every person has function and purpose. It takes all of us to care for our communities and ocean.

We use waʻa to care for our oceans, uplift our youth. and perpetuate our ancestral practices.
